ME: Lord, sometimes I feel overwhelmed and overweight, distracted by the cares of the world and bound by the choices I've made. How do I lose the weight; how do I get free from the prison I've created, so I can be who You created me to be?
JESUS: Cast all your cares upon Me, for I care for you.
Have faith in Me; believe in Me; and trust in Me with all your heart, and let Me perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you, for My Father sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, and proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.
You're not alone; I'm with you always, and I will never leave you nor forsake you.
I AM your Helper, your Redeemer, your Savior, your Comforter, and your Deliverer, and through Me, you're strong and courageous, and you're victorious, more than a conqueror.
So, hold on; keep your eyes on Me; and run your race with endurance.
Above all, remember, you are loved, and you are Mine, and the GOD of peace who raised Me from the dead will make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Me, for you are GOD's workmanship, created in Me for good works, which GOD prepared beforehand that you should walk in them.
