Ephesians 2:8-10 (NIV): For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
GOD, as Creator, considers us masterpieces, fearfully and wonderfully made in His image, according to His likeness, but as heavenly Father, He loves us immeasurably, with an unfailing, everlasting love, and He considers us valuable enough for salvation, redemption, reconciliation, and adoption through His Son, JESUS. And He loves us not for what we've done, for what we have, or for who we are but because He chooses to love us, just as He chooses to forgive our sins once we've repented of them and confessed them, changing our minds, our lifestyles, and our direction.
GOD, in His love and compassion, pursues us wherever we are, in whatever state we're in, and He draws us to JESUS and to Himself, letting us know that salvation is His gift of grace, not something we work toward or earn through good deeds or good works.
We're saved "by grace through faith--not by works," so we, then led by the HOLY SPIRIT, can use our gifts to glorify and honor GOD, the Father; fulfill our purposes (according to His plan and His will); bear good fruit (love, joy, patience, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control); and share the Gospel with neighbors and nations.
In essence, GOD gave everything—all—for us, so we can freely give everything—all—to Him and spend eternity in HIS PRESENCE.
So, the Master's Plan from Genesis to Revelation is one of LOVE, GRACE, and FAITH IN ACTION: GOD sacrificed His BEST—His SON—for us; JESUS gave HIS BLOOD and HIS LIFE on CALVARY's CROSS for us; and the HOLY SPIRIT now dwells in us, freely giving REVELATION of JESUS CHRIST, the ANOINTED ONE, and empowering us with the GIFTS of GOD and the FRUIT of HIS SPIRIT, so we may be fully equipped for every good work and fully sealed until the day of our redemption when JESUS CHRIST RETURNS.
And here’s how one teacher explains GOD's Redemptive Plan: The FATHER PLANNED IT; The SON PAID FOR IT; and The SPIRIT APPLIED IT.
And since GOD DOES NOT CHANGE, and JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY, and FOREVER, the MASTER's PLAN is still being fulfilled in our generation, for we are SAVED BY GRACE through FAITH, not by works, so no one can boast, and this is the GIFT of GOD even today to ANYONE who BELIEVES IN JESUS, our REDEEMER, our LORD and our SAVIOR. And this is the MASTER PLAN for the LORD of LORDS and the KING of KINGS: Redemption, Reconciliation, Revelation, and Reward: ETERNITY WITH GOD, where GOD IS ALL, and GOD IS OVER ALL.
