Proverbs 11:30 (NKJV): The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise.
GOD is the best GIFT-GIVER, for even when we lose for Him, we win. For instance, when we lose Self, we gain CHRIST, and when we cancel debts, forgiving others, GOD, seeing the sincerity of our hearts, forgives us; when we decrease and humble ourselves, GOD exalts and increases us; when we sacrifice, serving others--giving time, money, food, advice, encouragement, and love--GOD blesses us abundantly with so much more, for GOD searches the heart, its motives and the wealth therein, and the eternal winner is not necessarily the one with the most "stuff" on earth like money, cars, homes, clothes, or jewelry, nor is he or she the one with the most awards, accolades, or fame.
In GOD’s eyes the real winner is the one who most reflects HIS SON JESUS and HIS SPIRIT; it is the one who endures the race of life, storing up heavenly treasures; it is the one who lives in and through JESUS CHRIST, honoring HIS NAME and showing HIS FACE, HIS NATURE, and HIS CHARACTER on earth; the one who worships GOD in Spirit and Truth, giving HIM all glory, honor, and praise; the one who bears the FRUIT of GOD's SPIRIT: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, goodness, and self-control; and the one who perseveres despite all challenges and fulfills his or her GOD-GIVEN purpose.
This is GOD'sWORD from Genesis to Revelation: GOD LOVES US, enough that He gave His only begotten SON that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life, and these are the GIFTS of HIS LOVE and GRACE: SALVATION, REDEMPTION, FORGIVENESS, RIGHTEOUSNESS, RECONCILIATION.
GOD LOVES US, especially when we are SOULED-OUT, and He knows the plans He has for us, plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us HOPE and a FUTURE. So, GOD has CALLED, CHOSEN, and COMMISSIONED us to be HIS LOVE LETTERS and HIS AMBASSADORS, to GO into cities, communities, and nations to FIND and FISH for men, women, and children, DRAWING them to GOD and WINNING them for HIM in a ministry of reconciliation, so He can spend eternity with them, and our best gifts to GOD the FATHER are the only gifts that would please the LORD of ALL who has and has given everything--the only gifts we can take with us into eternity: SURRENDERED HEARTS & SOULS.
