Ephesians 4:29: Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.
Heavenly Father, thank You for grace and mercy, compassion and counsel, protection and provision, health and healing, love and peace. Please, be with my mouth today and teach me what I should say, that I may wield words for good and wield words for You. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. Please, help me counsel and comfort, inspire and motivate, instruct and edify, in love, with kindness and grace. Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing and acceptable to You, O Lord, and let my words minister, encourage, instruct, uplift, and build up others, all for Your glory and honor. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
