Ecclesiastes 3:11: He [God] has made everything appropriate in its time.
He has also set eternity in their heart, without the possibility that mankind will find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for who You are, majestic, great and kind.
Thank You for protection, provision, safety and security.
Thank You for comfort and counseling,
encouragement, grace and mercy, too.
Thank You for entrusting me with Your holy Word,
Your holy Son, and Your Holy Spirit.
Thank You for equipping me and empowering me,
for tearing me down to build me up, in strength, in love, in grace, in mercy,
in faith, in hope.
Thank You for encamping Your angels around me,
to guard my heart, my body, my mind;
Thank You for saving me, redeeming me, rescuing me,
forgiving me.
I need You,
every minute, every second, every hour, every day,
So be with me, work through me, and cover me,
from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet;
help me walk in obedience and faith,
trusting in You completely,
In Jesus' name, I pray.
Amen.
