For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. - Hebrews 4:12

Blog - Nailed 2 the Cross: Redeemed, Revived, Reconciled

Psalm 138:7-8: In the day when I cried out, You answered me, And made me bold with strength in my soul. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand Against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me. The LORD will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O LORD, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands.

GOD LOVES US, enough to find, forgive, redeem, save, heal, deliver, revive, refine, reconcile, and resurrect us, enough to strengthen, encourage, inspire and empower us, enough to protect, perfect, prosper, and guide us, enough to bless and provide for us, enough to draw us near and abide in us as we abide in Him.

For what purpose? But that we should love Him and love others.

That we should do more good than harm.

That we should love more than hate.

That we should give more than take.

That we should be more thankful than ungrateful.

That we should be more alive than dead, more hot than cold, even lukewarm.

That we should live with purpose, that we should make a difference, that we should share the Gospel, that we should fish for souls, that we should save more lives than we take.

That we should glorify, honor, and worship Him; that we should live for Him.

That we should be salt and light in the world.

That we should be light in darkness; that we should represent and reflect Him.

That we should celebrate Him more than national, foreign, or political idols.

That we should uphold His WORD and His standard more than any celebrity's, athlete's, race's, gender's, denomination's, leader's, commander's, prime minister's, queen's, or king's.

That we should draw others to CHRIST JESUS--the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE.

That we should live and we should die unto the LORD.

And to walk as JESUS DID is basically this: To walk humbly, faithfully, prayerfully, compassionately, powerfully, lovingly, forgivingly, selflessly, obediently, relationally, sincerely, truthfully, spiritually, joyfully, patiently, peacefully, victoriously, whole-heartedly SOULED OUT to GOD, His Purpose, His Plan, His Mission, and His Will, which is all about ONE WORD: LOVE.
