Psalm 121:1-2: I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
Father GOD, You are the Rock of our salvation, our Refuge and our Strength, a very present help in time of trouble; You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, our Redeemer, our Shield, our Protector, our Provider, our Peace, and our best Hope.
Your Word is ever with us, in our hearts and in our mouths, and we lift up our eyes to the hills and know our help comes from You, LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth, who commands us to be strong and of good courage, to not be afraid, for You are with us, wherever we go, and You will never leave us nor forsake us.
Your Word is proven, faithful and true, that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, that every tongue that rises against us in judgment shall be condemned, that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world, that we can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens us, that You will deliver us from all evil and preserve us for Your heavenly kingdom, that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose, and that we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of You, GOD, and not of us, for we are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—always carrying about in the body the dying of the LORD JESUS, that the life of JESUS also may be manifested in our body.
LORD GOD, strengthen us—equip us, encourage us, and empower us—through Your Holy Word and Your only begotten Son JESUS, by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT, so we always prevail in righteousness, overcoming, enduring, and persevering as more than conquerors through You, who love us.
Pull down every stronghold in our lives and cast out all fear, for You have not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Heal us, LORD, and we’re healed; save us, LORD, and we’re saved, for You are our praise.
LORD GOD, give us this mountain and the knowledge, wisdom, understanding, patience, and strength to climb it, overcome it, and conquer it in the name of JESUS CHRIST, for the glory and honor of You, GOD.
Uphold us in Your righteous right hand, deliver us from every evil work, and lift us above our mistakes, our circumstances, and every adversary who comes to steal, kill, and destroy, for we are Your children, LORD, called by Your name, and You know the plans You have for us, plans to prosper us and not harm us, plans to give us hope and a future.
LORD GOD, be our Strength, our Shield, our Protector, and our Provider, and lead us in the way You want us to go. Let Your will be done in heaven and on earth, even in our lives, and let us walk faithfully in Your direction, holding fast to You, obeying Your commands, serving You and worshipping You in spirit and truth, and loving you sincerely with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, from now until eternity.
LORD, we thank You for being faithful and true; we thank You for being Good, Just, and Love; we thank You for encamping Your angels around us, to keep us in all our ways; and we thank You for loving us so much You gave Your only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
We thank You for every mountain, circumstance, fear, and adversary You help us climb, conquer, and overcome in the power of Your HOLY SPIRIT, Your awesome might.
We thank You for every word of comfort, encouragement, correction, and instruction.
We thank You for grace, mercy, forgiveness, reconciliation, and salvation through Him—JESUS—Your Son.
We thank You for leaving the ninety-nine sheep in Your pasture, just to find the wandering, lost one in the wilderness, someone like me.
We thank You for being who You are—Matchless, Awesome, Incomparable, Great—the LORD of LORDS, the KING of KINGS, the LIVING GOD—SOVEREIGN, HOLY, RIGHTEOUS, UNCHANGING—the same yesterday, today, and forever.
May You be loved and blessed, LORD, and may we be blessed in loving and serving You.
In JESUS’ name.
Amen.
